For organisations, I draw upon a wide range of democratic and sociocratic facilitation methods and exercises to fully engage members of groups and organisations in problem solving, decision making and strategic planning resulting in rounded, practical yet ambitious results that everyone feels they can contribute and commit to. I also have special interest in alternative business models, collaborative leadership and shared ownership and can share this in a more consultational approach.
