I act as confidential counsel, soundboard, thinking partner. I can help you to recognise your ‘why’, determine your ‘how’, align your values and bring more authenticity, fulfilment and ‘flow’ to work and life.
For organisations, I draw upon a wide range of democratic and sociocratic facilitation methods and exercises to fully engage members of groups and organisations in problem solving, decision making and strategic planning resulting in rounded, practical yet ambitious results that everyone feels they can contribute and commit to. I also have special interest in alternative business models, collaborative leadership and shared ownership and can share this in a more consultational approach.

Where desired I can offer insight and faclitate discussion/decision making around alternative business models, governance, communication, vision and strategy, combining action learning, management consultancy and living systems approaches.
Employee Assistance / Wellbeing Programmes. Are you responsible for a group of people and believe in offering them as much support as possible so that they can be at their best?
